Livermore Bank Robbed at Gunpoint Saturday: Police

Police are asking for the public's help identifying the man in the photos. (Breaking)

LIVERMORE, CA — Police have released photos of a man suspected of robbing a Livermore bank Saturday afternoon. Police officials said the suspect entered the US Bank located at 2125 Second St. in Livermore at about 12:44 p.m. and allegedly robbed the employees at gunpoint. Witnesses called 911 to report the robbery.

“Officers found that a lone male suspect had entered the bank and displayed a gun toward a teller and
demanded money,” police said in a statement. “The suspect then fled the bank and left the area.”

Police say the suspect appears to be a Hispanic man. He stands about 6 feet tall and has a medium build. The suspect was wearing a red and white plaid shirt and dark-colored Cal baseball cap.
