Livermore Celebrates Month Of Pride
From a pride bike ride to a cookies and milk meal to honor Harvey Milk, Livermore is honoring LGBTQ history in style.
LIVERMORE, CA — Most people think of Halloween when October rolls around, but in Livermore, it also means LGBTQ Pride.
Livermore Pride is sponsoring a number of small events throughout the month to celebrate LGBTQ+ History Month. “With smaller, unique events, we hope to foster opportunities to meet new people and create lasting community connections,” Livermore Pride said in an online statement. “Another core tenet of Livermore Pride has always been to support the local economy, and create connections with our fellow nonprofit community. This format helps us do just that.”
Here’s a list of the events taking place almost every night this month in Livermore. Click on the links for more details.
