Livermore Councilmember Bob Carling Hit By Car: Report

Pleasanton Weekly reported he is recovering with a bruised hip after a car hit him Sunday in downtown Livermore.

LIVERMORE, CA — Livermore City Councilmember Bob Carling is recovering after he was hit by a car while cycling Sunday morning in downtown Livermore, Pleasanton Weekly reported.

Carling was knocked off of his bike when a car crossed in front of path, causing him to strike the car, the paper reported.

Though his hip was badly bruised in the incident, he went on to attend Monday night's council meeting, Pleasanton Weekly wrote.
