Livermore Crime Roundup: Organized Theft, DUI, Narcotics Arrests
Livermore police reported arrests tied to organized retail theft at the Livermore Outlets and a DUI stop involving heroin and fentanyl.

LIVERMORE, CA — Livermore police made arrests last week related to organized retail theft, DUI, and narcotics.
Retail Theft Arrest:
Livermore police were called to True Religion at the San Francisco Premium Outlets after a suspect exited the store and the security alarm sounded, police said. Officers detained Josh Lastro, 38, of Modesto, and said that they found stolen merchandise. He was arrested on charges on organized retail theft with intent to sell, petty theft with two or more priors, and possession of burglary tools.

DUI and Narcotics Arrest:
Officers arrested a man they allege was driving under the influence of drugs during a traffic stop at First and Scott streets. Officers allegedly found cannabis, heroin, and fentanyl packaged for sale inside his car. Lester Silvaerazo, 22, of Oakland, was arrested on charges of driving under the influence and possession and purchase for sale of narcotics.
