The City of Livermore has contracted with Taylor Morrison to upgrade the Storm Drain System running along the old Lucky Site Parking Lot. This is a heavily used parking area so the City Engineering Department and Contractor will be working closely with Livermore Downtown Inc. to make sure that minimum impact happens through construction. There will be a small amount of parking loss throughout the project.
Dates of impact - September 2nd through September 17
Construction Hours - 3AM to 11 AM, Monday through Friday
Area of Construction - The storm drain system runs from L Street, through the Railroad Station South Parking Lot, across the entire parcel, through th driveway north of the Sandia Credit/Uncle Yu’s Driveway, onto Livermore Avenue.

Phasing of Construction - Construction will begin on the L Street side through the Railroad Station Parking Lot. It will be broken into sections. The Contractors are working on a plan now so that we can provide you with a schedule showing dates each secton will have parking loss.
