Livermore Garage Fire Under Investigation
Fire officials said one person was treated at the scene for smoke inhalation.
LIVERMORE, CA — The cause of a Livermore garage fire is under investigation, fire officials said. The blaze was reported on the corner of Martin Street and Gardella Plaza just before 5:40 p.m. Monday.
Livermore-Pleasanton Fire and Alameda County Fire Department crews responded and quickly doused the flames, which were spreading to the adjacent home. Fire officials said the garage was a total loss but they were able to save the two neighboring homes threatened by the blaze.
One person was treated at the scene for smoke inhalation. The cause of the fire is under investigation, according to the fire department.
