LIVERMORE, CA — Livermore residents looking for a way to pitch in locally will have a chance on Saturday, May 9, when the city's Beautification Committee holds its second litter cleanup of the year.

The event begins at 9 a.m. at different locations around the city. Volunteers can sign up here in advance to receive their location.

All materials will be provided at the event, including safety guidelines, waivers, garbage bags, litter pickup sticks and safety vests. Participants are asked to wear comfortable clothing, bring their own water bottle, and sign the volunteer waiver.
