Livermore Man Accused Of Using Stolen Credit At Dozens Of Local Shops: Police

LIVERMORE, CA — A Livermore man is accused of using a stolen credit card at 14 different stores in the city, according to the Livermore Police Department.

After a victim reported unauthorized charges dating between Feb. 14-22, police investigated and identified the subject as 46-year-old Jefferson Tolentino of Livermore and recovered the property.

Tolentino reportedly admitted to using a found credit without permission, and was arrested on charges of identify theft and theft by access card. The case has been turned over to the District Attorney's Office for charging.
