Livermore Patelco Collecting Canned Food For Those In Need

LIVERMORE, CA — The Patelco Credit Union is collecting canned and non-perishable food to donate to the Alameda County Food Bank. The food can be dropped off at any local branch through December 17.

The Alameda County Food Bank serves East Bay children, seniors and adults in need of food.

Patelco shared a list of items most needed:

• Peanut butter
• Whole grain cereals
• Beans and lentils (dry or canned)
• Canned tuna and chicken (in water)
• Ready to eat meals (soup, chili, ravioli, etc.)
• Canned fruits and vegetables
• Brown rice
• Whole grain rice, pasta and oats

In Livermore, Patelco is located at 2245 Las Positas Road.
