Livermore PD Arrests Man Accused Of Possessing Over 52 Grams Of Drugs

Livermore police say a 42-year-old San Francisco man was found with psilocybin, LSD, MDMA, and over $1000 in cash.

LIVERMORE, CA — Livermore police arrested a 42-year-old San Francisco man accused of driving on a suspended license and possessing numerous illegal drugs.

On Monday at around 2:30 a.m., police stopped a 2007 Jeep Liberty near Northfront and Greenville roads for driving on a suspended registration, according to an LPD social media post.

Officers searched the vehicle, and say they found more than $1000 in cash, more than two grams of LSD, more than 14 grams of MDMA, 36 grams of psilocybin, and drug paraphernalia. The LPD also said that the suspect, 42-year-old Christopher Bellemare of San Francisco, was driving on a suspended license.

Bellemare was arrested on several drug charges and taken to Santa Rita Jail.
