Livermore PD’s Lip Sync Challenge: Country, Rock And Pink?

LIVERMORE, CA — Officers and dispatchers in Livermore channeled their inner Pink by belting out one of her very first dance hits, “Get This Party Started” in their lip sync challenge. The video, which is also to recruit prospective employees, highlights Livermore’s wine country, the Little League Intermediate World Series and the city’s historic rodeo roots by wrapping with “It’s Hard To Be Humble” by Mac Davis.

The impressive, four-minute video features deputies throughout the agency, from the dispatcher's office to the field, and offers plenty of Livermore flavor.

The Lip Sync Challenge began a few weeks ago when law enforcement agencies nationwide began uploading videos of themselves dancing and lip-syncing to popular songs, then challenging other agencies to do the same.
