Livermore Police Seize Over 50 Grams Of Illegal Drugs

Police say a suspect with a suspended license on probation was carrying meth, fentanyl, psilocybin, and more.

LIVERMORE, CA — A Turlock man was arrested Friday in Livermore on numerous drug charges, Livermore police said.

On Friday at around 2:30 a.m., Livermore police stopped a 2007 Toyota Corolla on Airway Boulevard for several vehicle code violations, the LPD said in a social media post. Police found that the driver, 35-year-old Kenneth Coffland, had a suspended license and was on probation out of San Joaquin County.

Police searched the car and say they found roughly $1000 in cash, 13 grams of fentanyl, 17 grams of ketamine, nine grams of psilocybin, and 16 grams of MDMA and methamphetamine.

Coffland and his 28-year-old passenger were arrested on numerous charges, including the sale and possession of methamphetamines and drug paraphernalia.
