Livermore Valley Chamber Of Commerce Names Interim CEO & President

LIVERMORE, CA — The Livermore Valley Chamber of Commerce named realtor Sherri Souza as its interim CEO and president.

“I am so pleased to have Sherri on the Chamber team,” LVCC Chair Jody Amos said in a statement. “She brings a breadth of experience to her position and her reputation is an important asset as we enhance the value of service to our members and strengthen the economic health of the community.”

A long-time resident of Livermore, Souza has served as the LVCC’s director of operations for the past 17 months. She has been a realtor for the past 20 years, and has been involved with the Bay East Association of Realtors, the California Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors, according to an LVCC news release. She also served as president of the Women’s Council of Realtors in 2017 and as California president of the Women’s Council of Realtors in 2011.

“I am honored to have this opportunity to work in the LVCC organization,” Souza said in a statement. “Its members represent the most respected businesses and organizations in their fields.
