Livermore Valley Half Marathon Registration Open
The race voted "Best of the Bay" will take thousands of runners through downtown Livermore and scenic wine country.
LIVERMORE, CA — Registration is open for the 12th annual Livermore Valley Half Marathon and 5K, which takes runners through the heart of picturesque wine country.
The half-marathon course, which was awarded the "Best of the Bay," starts in downtown Livermore, and winds through vineyards, through the Olivina Arch, and into Sycamore Grove, before looping back downtown. The 5K course also starts downtown, then goes along Second Street and South L Street before looping back.
The races will be followed by a post-race festival with drinks and music.

The race will take place Sunday, March 1 from 7:30-11:30 a.m. The following downtown streets will be closed:
- 4th Street & L Street
- College Avenue & L Street
- Concannon Road & Arroyo Road
