Man Pleads No Contest To Yelling Sexual Remarks At Livermore Middle Schoolers: Report
Randy Madrigal allegedly approached 12- to 14-year-old girls during a PE class and made sexually explicit remarks and racial slurs.
LIVERMORE, CA — Randy Madrigal, 52, pleaded no contest to yelling sexually explicit remarks to Livermore middle school students in March, according to court records reviewed by the Bay Area News Group. Under the plea agreement, Madrigal will need to register as a sex offender for the next 10 years and stay on probation for the next two years, but will not face jail time.
Authorities said Madrigal approached students ages 12-14 at East Avenue Middle School on March 5 and made sexual comments, used racial slurs, and told the students, “I will find you guys.”
According to the report, Madrigal later told police he had merely been making dolphin noises in reference to the school mascot, and told the officer that he was the “antichrist.” He initially pleaded not guilty and was held on $15,000 bail.
