Man Suspected of Battery in Livermore Jack-in-the-Box Caught on Camera, Police Say

Breaking: Do you know this man? Police are looking for him.

LIVERMORE, CA — Police are asking for the public’s help identifying a man allegedly involved in a battery at a fast food restaurant in Livermore. Police say the incident occurred on Sept. 11 at about 1:45 a.m. at the Jack-in-the-Box, located at 1817 First St.

Police shared a photo of the man hoping someone can identify him. The suspect is a white male. He appears to be about 6 feet, 4 inches tall and was wearing a blue shirt. Anyone with information is asked to call Officer Starr at 925-294-7573.
