Man Who Allegedly Robbed Livermore Gas Station Sought By Police

LIVERMORE, CA: Police are seeking a man who allegedly robbed a Livermore gas station early Wednesday morning. At 2:53 a.m. officers responded to a report of a robbery at the Shell gas station at 4530 Las Positas Road, according to police.
Upon arrival, officers learned a man walked in and handed to store clerk a note, saying he had a gun and wanted money from the register. The clerk, fearing for her life, handed the suspect an undisclosed amount of cash, police said.
The suspect fled the scene in an older model black sedan with tinted windows, according to police. He was described as a Hispanic man, between 20 and 30 years old, about 5 feet 8 inches tall, weighing 200 pounds. He also had black hair and a mustache. Images of the suspect were captured on surveillance video.
