Party City Moves to Pleasanton

PLEASANTON, CA- One of the largest party goods retailers in the East Bay recently moved to a new location in Pleasanton. Previously located in the Hacienda Crossings shopping center in Dublin, the party goods purveyor is now on the other side of the I-580 in a mega 22,000-square-foot location.

The store celebrated its grand opening on December 4. Party City sells party supplies, balloons, costumes and holiday decor.

The new party goods store is likely to be a welcome addition to Pleasanton. In 2013, many loyal customers were saddened when Boswell’s Party Supply store closed after 29 years in town.

Party City’s retail operations include over 900 specialty retail party supply stores throughout the nation. Other Party City locations in the East Bay include Fremont, San Lorenzo and Union City.

Party City, located 4575 Rosewood Drive in Pleasanton, is filling the vacant building formerly home to Borders bookstore.
