Pedestrian Busted With More Than An Ounce Of Meth, Livermore Police Say
He was searched as part of the terms of his felony probation, according to police.

LIVERMORE, CA — A man was arrested on suspicion of several drug offenses early Monday morning in Livermore, police said.
Officers searched pedestrian Darren Agellon, 63, after stopping him around 1 a.m. on Las Positas Road, according to police, who noted that the search was part of the terms of his felony probation.
Agellon had over an ounce of methamphetamine and was arrested on suspicion of possessing a controlled substance for sale, possessing unlawful paraphernalia and violating probation, police said, adding he was booked into Santa Rita Jail.
