LIVERMORE, CA — Livermore had a spooktacular Halloween this year. From the first ever Trunk-or-Treat event, when a decorated 1954 police cruiser handed out candy to kids in costumes, to Halloween Hay Day, when LPD Chief Jeramy Young helped judge a costume contest, Livermore creativity shined.
