LIVERMORE, CA — An estimated 100,000 people poured into Livermore over the weekend to enjoy the Downtown Street Fest, where they were able to enjoy local food, drink and crafts from over 120 vendors. According to Livermore Downtown Inc. Executive Director Ruby Lopez-Villarreal, the weekend created over 100 job opportunities, employed 70 volunteers, and helped spotlight 50 local businesses. At the same time, the number of reported incidents over the weekend was far lower: zero.

“The Livermore Downtown Street Fest was once again a huge success bringing our community together to celebrate the best of the Livermore Valley,” Lopez-Villarreal said.
