Prudential California Realty in Livermore Seeking Seniors Who Need a Helping Hand

Prudential California Realty in Livermore is seeking out applicants for our annual Community Service Day. We are looking for senior citizen homeowners who need light duty home projects performed. Items include landscaping, painting, minor drywall, gutter cleaning, etc.

• Projects must be located in Livermore.
• Projects will be completed within 3-4 hours on Friday, September 19. (Note: Project work begins at 9 a.m. Project sponsors may offer a second shift from 12 to 3 p.m.)
◦ Projects must be: one-time, seasonal or annual in nature (not daily or weekly tasks). Ideally, open to many ages (youth,
teens, adults, seniors) and skill levels. Relatively simple to accomplish with easy-to-use tools and supplies.
• Sponsoring organization is responsible for providing adequate supervision as well as tools and supplies for its project (e.g.,
brooms, paint, plants).

Deadlines:
• All projects must be submitted by Friday, August 29 to give us ample time to promote your project.
• Community Service Day Organizing Committee will review and approve all projects.
