Red Carpet Recipe: Festive 'Chardonnay Sparkler' for Oscars Entertaining

Oscar Sunday is almost here! And if you’re hosting a viewing party, Lodi-based Woodbridge by Robert Mondavi has a quick and festive cocktail recipe that will make your guests feel like Hollywood royalty.

NOTE: While the recipe calls for Woodbridge Chardonnay, any brand can be substituted.

The 88th Oscars will be held on Sunday, Feb. 28 at the Dolby Theatre® at Hollywood & Highland Center® in Hollywood, and will be televised live by the ABC Television Network at 7 p.m., ET/4 p.m., PT.

Woodbridge Chardonnay Sparkler

Ingredients:

· Ice

· 1 oz. Grenadine

· Woodbridge by Robert Mondavi Chardonnay or any brand

· Sparkling Water

· Raspberries

· Gold pom pom drink stirrers

Directions:

1. Fill glass with ice

2. Add 1 oz. grenadine

3. Add 2 oz. Woodbridge by Robert Mondavi Chardonnay

4. Top it off with sparkling water

5. Garnish pomp om drink stirrers with raspberry

*Entertaining Tip: Portions can easily to multiplied for large-batch cocktails
