Road Reopens Following Livermore Gas Leak

The leak prompted a road closure in Livermore for several hours Monday afternoon.

LIVERMORE, CA — South H between Seventh and Eighth streets in Livermore have been reopened to traffic, police officials said. Just after 1 p.m. Monday afternoon, drivers were asked to avoid the area for several hours while PG&E and fire crews investigated a report of a gas leak.

No residences were threatened and no evacuation orders were issued. No other information is available.
