See's Candies Store To Open In Livermore

LIVERMORE, CA — See’s Candies will open a new shop in Livermore Friday, Nov. 8 with a ribbon-cutting, along with giveaways of free candy boxes, totes and chocolate samples to customers lined up beginning at 9:30 a.m.

The new store, located at The Shops at Livermore at 3048 West Jack London Blvd., will sell boxed chocolates, truffles, nuts and chews, lollipops and sugar-free candy, as well as offering a "quantity discount" option for bulk orders, fundraisers and business gifts, according to the business.

The opening-day giveaways are first-come, first-served until closing at 7 p.m.

This new See's also will feature a candy counter where customers can create customized boxes of chocolates and candies.

California history of the famed chocolate and candy-maker, See’s Candies, dates to the early 1900s when widowed Mary See moved to Pasadena with her son and his family and began selling her sweets. The new Livermore business joins more than 240 See’s locations.

This locale, at The Shops at Livermore, is across from San Francisco Premium Outlets.
