Lanes Reopen Following Injury Crash On I-580: CHP

Drivers will likely experience residual delays.

LIVERMORE, CA — A lanes of traffic have reopened after the California Highway Patrol issued a Sig-Alert for eastbound Interstate 580 at N. Flynn Road following an injury collision this morning. The multi-car crash was reported just before 7:20 a.m. and several lanes were temporarily blocked bringing commute traffic to a crawl.

The CHP and the Alameda County Fire Department responded to assist those involved. Glass covered several lanes of traffic and crews were called to sweep the debris. Lanes reopened at 8:09 a.m. No other information is available.
