Step into Livermore's History
Visit Dos Mesas Winery with Friends of the Vineyards October 11, 2014

Join Friends of the Vineyards in Livermore for an al fresco lunch and a guided tour of the historic Dos Mesas Winery Saturday, October 11 from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Ranger Darren Segur from the Livermore Area Recreation and Parks Department will provide a glimpse into the winery’s past - 1883 to 1923. (slight uphill grade - about 1 block - to the winery from the parking area)
Enjoy a glass of Livermore wine (provided by the FOV Board of Directors) and a gourmet box lunch (Double Barrel Wine Bar). Lunch boxes include organic green salad with champagne vinaigrette, a sandwich on house-made roll: vegetarian (marinated antipasti tapenade of roasted vegetables, tomato, mozzarella) or artisan meats (pesto chicken or filet of beef), plus condiments, cheese and crackers, and a homemade cookie!
