LIVERMORE, CA — A suspected drunk driver was uninjured and arrested early Friday morning after the California Highway Patrol Dublin branch reported she was tied to two crashes in the area.

The first crash occurred at 3:30 a.m., when she allegedly rear-ended a parked car in Livermore and left the scene, CHP Dublin said on its Twitter account. Livermore Police investigated the crash and CHP took over after her car was linked to a second crash.

CHP believes the woman was drunk and possibly intoxicated by other substances, but said she refused all tests at the scene of the accident. The driver was arrested and later agreed to a blood test while in jail, but the results won't come in for a few weeks, CHP Dublin spokesperson Tyler Hahn said via email.
