Traffic Delays Likely Labor Day Weekend At Premium Outlets

Police say those who choose to park on the mall property in Livermore may wait up to four hours to get into the lot.

LIVERMORE, CA — Police are warning drivers that traffic will likely be extremely heavy in and around the San Francisco Premium Outlets in Livermore during Labor Day weekend.

“In an effort to reduce the traffic congestion and the amount of time it takes for visitors to get into the outlet mall parking lot, the Las Positas College parking lot has been designated as an extended parking lot for S.F. Premium Outlets patrons,” police told Patch.

Those who take advantage of the parking at Las Positas College will be offered a complimentary shuttle bus to the mall. Shoppers can expect to be at the mall within about 45 minutes of arriving at the college lot.
