Vehicle-Theft Suspect: Livermore Police Seek ID

LIVERMORE, CA – The Livermore Police Department this morning is seeking the public's help to identify a suspect wanted in connection with a vehicle theft.

The agency released a photo of the suspect, a man described as white, in his 20s, with a thin build, short, brown hair, a thin beard and a tattoo on the right side of his neck.
