Watch: Livermore PGA Junior League Golf All-Stars Sink Putt, Send Team to National Championship

LIVERMORE, CA — A group of junior golfers from the Las Positas Golf Course in Livermore competed against three teams from Orange County, Washington and Oregon at the PGA Junior League Golf Western Regional last weekend in at the Chambers Bay Golf Course in University Place, Washington.

Drew Kim, 13, sank the final putt to send his team to the 2016 PGA Junior League Golf Championship at Grayhawk Golf Club in Scottsdale, Ariz. The team will compete on Nov. 19 through Nov. 21.

Final Western Regional Results:

• First Place – Las Positas All-Stars (2-0-1 record, 25 total points)
• Second Place – SKOUTgolf All-Stars (2-0-1 record, 24 total points)
• Third Place – East Hill & Sammamish All-Stars (1-2-0 record, 12 total points)
• Fourth Place – Orange County #2 All-Stars (0-3-0 record, 11 total points)
