LIVERMORE, CA — The California Highway Patrol issued a traffic advisory Wednesday afternoon for eastbound Interstate 580 between Greenville and Grant Line roads near the Altamont Pass.
Gusty winds are affecting all the lanes of traffic. Drivers are urged to use caution.
