Constance Sparkling Wine
Brut style, chardonnay grapes, with a pinch of sweetness. Drop a fruit in the flute and enjoy. Give our “White Cab-pagne” mix a try!
2005 Chardonnay (Livermore Valley)
French style wine with a hint of honey and pear. In a light toasted French Oak barrel for 18 months then transferred into stainless steel for two more years.
2008 Estate Reserve White Cabernet Sauvignon (Red Feather Vineyard)
This is not a Rose! Made entirely with Cabernet grapes, in the skins for only a few days and then in stainless steel for three months. It is not sweet and people are surprisingly pleased when they taste it. Dry, crisp and goes great with everything! This is the perfect wine to take to a dinner or party; both Red & White lovers enjoy it.
