Man Charged With Loaded Ghost Gun, Meth Possession In Livermore
Police arrested a 38-year-old man they say had a loaded, unserialized gun and methamphetamine in his car.
LIVERMORE, CA — Livermore police arrested a 38-year-old man on charges of drugs and ghost gun possession.
On Wednesday at around 1:20 a.m., officers stopped a Chevrolet Silverado on North Greenville Road for several vehicle code violations, according to the Livermore Police Department.
Officers said that during a vehicle search, they found an unserialized, loaded Polymer 80 Glock 9 gun hidden in the center console. Police also say they found a magazine with more ammunition, and methamphetamine.

Mario Avila Calderon of Oakland was arrested and charged with possessing a loaded firearm in public, possession of drugs while armed and carrying a concealed firearm.
