‘2nd Annual Long Beach Summer Pet Fair’ on July 8 and July 9

The Little Lion Foundation and The Cat Cove Rescue in collaboration with Long Beach Animal Care Services (LBACS), is thrilled to announce the highly anticipated “2nd Annual Long Beach Summer Pet Fair.” The event will take place on Saturday, July 8, and Sunday, July 9, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the picturesque Marina Green Park, located at 386 E. Shoreline Dr., Long Beach, CA 90802.

The Long Beach Pet Fair is a remarkable two-day celebration of the love for pets and a showcase of the incredible work done by The Little Lion Foundation, The Cat Cove Rescue and LBACS. Founded in 2016, The Little Lion Foundation is an all-volunteer based team dedicated to saving the lives of orphaned kittens in need and finding each and every one the home they deserve. We run the only brick and mortar kitten nursery in Long Beach. We specialize in neonatal, orphaned, and special needs kittens as well as trauma cases. The Cat Cove opened in 2014 because of a need to help homeless cats in Long Beach and its surrounding cities. It was started by a group of dedicated cat loving volunteers in hopes to make a difference in the lives of homeless cats. The Cat Cove currently has cats available for adoption in two Long Beach PetSmart stores.
