Aryan Brotherhood Associate Convicted In South Bay Double Execution

LOMITA, CA — An Aryan Brotherhood associate was convicted Wednesday of executing two men in Lomita after prosecutors said the killings were ordered by gang leaders from behind prison walls.

Justin Gray, 40, of San Pedro, was convicted of two counts of murder in aid of racketeering in the Oct. 4, 2020 killings of Allan Roshanski and Ruslan Magomedgadzhiev, according to the U.S. Department of Justice.

Prosecutors said Gray lured the two men from San Diego to Lomita, where he and another Aryan Brotherhood associate shot both victims in the head.

The killings were carried out on orders from Aryan Brotherhood member Francis Clement, who was serving a prison sentence at Kern Valley State Prison, according to prosecutors.

The order stemmed from "disrespect" one of the victims had shown toward the Aryan Brotherhood, the Justice Department said.

Gray is a member of the Baby Blue Wrecking Crew, which federal prosecutors described as a white-only gang that takes orders from and works under the Aryan Brotherhood.

"This case lays bare the ruthless reach of the Aryan Brotherhood and the violence its members and associates are willing to inflict," U.S. Attorney Eric Grant for the Eastern District of California said in a statement.

Grant said Gray executed the men at point-blank range because an incarcerated gang member ordered the killings. The Lomita murders were part of a much larger federal investigation into the Aryan Brotherhood and its associates.

Clement and fellow Aryan Brotherhood member Kenneth Johnson were convicted in February 2025 of racketeering conspiracy and murder charges connected to the deaths of Roshanski and Magomedgadzhiev.

Federal prosecutors said Clement and Johnson together ordered Roshanski's murder in October 2020, during which Magomedgadzhiev was also killed.

Clement was convicted of five murders in aid of racketeering and Johnson was convicted of two. Both men were sentenced to life in federal prison in May 2025.

Gray's trial was part of a larger investigation in which he and 20 other defendants were charged with offenses including racketeering conspiracy, murder in aid of racketeering and narcotics crimes tied to Aryan Brotherhood activities.

Gray is scheduled to be sentenced Nov. 23 by U.S. District Judge Jennifer L. Thurston. He faces a mandatory life sentence.
