The tow truck dragged the car and man down Long Beach Boulevard for around <a href="https://www.facebook.com/LongBeachLocalNews/videos/1213785322101608/?sw_fnr_id=2014591944&amp;fnr_t=0" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">20 minutes</a>, witnesses told Long Beach Local News.
