Councilwoman Price to Host Kick Off for CSULB Basketball

Councilwoman Suzie Price invites the public to a free community concert on Friday, October 7, 2016 at 6 PM at Marine Stadium Park to hear the tunes of Jelly of the Month Club.

“I look forward to partnering with Cal State University Long Beach’s athletic department to kick off the 2016-2017 Men’s and Women’s Basketball Season,” said Councilwoman Price. “The city takes so much pride at being the home of one of the most sought after universities in the country. Fostering collaborative relationships with our local colleges and universities helps show our appreciation for CSULB and makes their campus and students a real part of our community.”

The teams will be available to sign autographs and take photos with concert attendees. Don’t miss this great opportunity!
