CSULB: Could LA County Lose A Congressional Seat?

Census day is right around the corner. Mailers have already been mailed to residents.

Cal State Long Beach Professor in the Department of Political Science, Justin Levitt, who is heavily involved in the census, believes California could lose a congressional seat for the first time in history.

In the Signal Tribune story he explains why the congressional seat that could potentially be lost could happen right here in Los Angeles County.
