Fatal Gunshot Wounds Kill Long Beach Man
Paramedics pronounced him dead at the scene after finding the victim with gunshot wounds on his upper body.

LONG BEACH, CA – A 23-year-old man was shot dead in Long Beach, police said Sunday. The victim, identified as Jonathan Sandoval-Aleman of Long Beach, was found suffering from gunshot wounds to his upper body, the Long Beach Police Department reported.
Officers were dispatched at about 11:30 p.m. Saturday to the area of Seventh Street and Orange Avenue, regarding a possible shooting. After they found Sandoval-Aleman suffering from gunshot wounds, paramedics pronounced him dead at the scene. It was not immediately known if the homicide was gang related.
Long Beach police homicide detectives asked anyone with any information regarding the shooting death to call them at (562) 570-7244.
