Fuego’s four-course, Fourth of July Barbecue cookout will be sizzling at Hotel Maya on Saturday, July 4 from 6-9 p.m. Fuego will also present a sensational salute to live classic and contemporary rock music with Mike Vitale and The Chemicals at the water’s edge from 6-9 p.m.

Fuego’s outdoor-indoor restaurant offers a fresh and clean, open-air, unique seaside setting that features 13-foot-tall glass walls that fully retract with seating on the outdoor patio area, adjacent lanai spaces and indoors all with safe social distancing, along with professionally plated meals, amid an alfresco atmosphere.

“Fuego is set to serve our patriotic Fourth of July barbecue in an outdoor, waterfront setting that provides our guests with unbeatable views in a very clean, safe and welcoming open-air environment,” said Greg Guthrie, General Manager at Hotel Maya - a DoubleTree by Hilton. “We’ve also announced our expanded Fuego hours and menus to continue to meet the needs and requests of our guests.”

Fuego’s award-winning Executive Chef Victor Juarez lights up the meal beginning with a selection of salads including a choice of Maine Lobster Macaroni Salad, Country Potato Salad, Creamy Coleslaw, Grilled Asparagus with balsamic reduction, or Arugula, Watermelon and Feta Cheese with walnut vinaigrette.

Fuego’s Fourth of July Cookout Barbecue Station offers a choice of Kielbasa Smoked Sausage with caramelized sweet Hawaiian onions, Grilled Salmon with roasted lemon and sea salt, Slow Roasted Spiced Tri-Tip, Bone-In Barbecue Chicken Breast, or Beef Sliders.

A variety of Independence sides include a choice of Brussels Sprouts with peppercorn demi-glace, Corn on the Cob, Roasted Steak Potatoes, Macaroni and Cheese, and Honey Baked Beans.

Fuego’s patriotic holiday desserts present a choice of Chocolate Decadence Cake or Strawberry Shortcake.

Fuego’s Four-Course, Fourth of July Barbecue Cookout costs $75.00 per adult; $29.00 for children, 12 and under; kids 5 and under feast for free; plus tax and gratuity.

Beginning Monday, June 29, Fuego’s recently announced new menu is also offering Breakfast specialties with Farm Fresh Eggs cooked to order, Huevos Rancheros, and a Long Beach Burrito. On the Lighter Side will be the Mayan Continental, Almond Agave Granola, Irish Steel Cut Oatmeal, Seasonal Fruit Plate and Avocado Toast. From the Griddle features Buttermilk Pancakes. A selection of Breakfast sides is also available. Juices include Fresh Orange, Apple, and Cranberry, as well as Breakfast Cocktails with Fuego Margarita, Tito’s Bloody Mary, El Jimador Bloody Maria and Cava Mimosa.

Fuego Appetizers include Fire Roasted Salsa with Tortilla Chips; Guacamole with Tortilla Chips; and Spicy Hummus with Pita Chips.

Fuego Lunch features its famous Street Tacos with a selection of Tequila Lime Chicken, Cilantro Jalapeño Skirt Steak, Grilled Mahi Mahi, and Roasted Mushrooms and Vegetables that are topped with jalapeño cabbage, cilantro slaw, tomatillo avocado sauce and crema fresca; Quesadilla with Chicken or Asada Steak; Ropa Vieja; Mayan Burger; and Turkey Avocado.

In addition, Fuego is offering its famous Fuego Margarita and signature red or white Sangria along with Prepared Cocktails including Tequila Paloma, Tiki Rum Mai Tai Spicy Bloody Mary, Vodka Mule Lime Margarita, and Gin and Tonic; Beers with a selection of domestic, craft and imports; Wine with a variety of whites and reds; and Hard Seltzer with natural lime, ruby grapefruit, raspberry, mango and black cherry.

Fuego’s new hours will include Breakfast, serving a Continental Menu on Monday to Friday from 7-11 a.m., and a Full Menu on Saturday and Sunday from 7-11 a.m.; Lunch, serving an all-day Dining Menu on Friday to Sunday from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.; and Dinner, serving an all-day Dining Menu on Friday to Sunday from 5-9 p.m. Cocktails, serving from a full bar and a limited selection of light appetizers with table service on Monday to Thursday from 12-8 p.m.

Fuego is a modern, Latin infused dining and lounge experience in a unique outdoor-indoor setting at the water’s edge with open-air views including the Pacific Ocean, Long Beach skyline and Queen Mary. Fuego also boasts one of the largest tequila selections in the region.
