LONG BEACH, CA — Shots were fired during a street takeover in Long Beach on Saturday, police say.

Officers responded to a street takeover in the area of Victoria Street and Long Beach Boulevard shortly after 3 a.m., the Long Beach Police Department said.

While the officers made their way, reports of shots fired in the area came in, police said.
