Hotel Maya Offers Fuego BBQ, Queen Mary Fireworks And Live Surf Music On The Patio For Fourth of July
The holiday weekend features a live Beach Boys Tribute Band and other surf songs on the patio and fantastic fireworks from the Queen Mary

Hotel Maya celebrates America in grand style on Monday, July 4 from 6-9 p.m. with barbecue favorites in Fuego, cool beach sounds by “Surf’s Up” on the patio and a spectacular fireworks show from the nearby Queen Mary.
Fuego, the modern, Latin infused indoor-outdoor restaurant and lounge, offers a unique seaside setting featuring 13-foot-tall glass walls that fully retract with seating inside and on the patio area. Fuego’s stunning open-air views include the Pacific Ocean, Long Beach skyline and Queen Mary.

Fuego’s BBQ Buffet begins with Salads and Displays featuring the Chef’s selection of Green Salads; German Potato Salad with red swine vinaigrette, bacon, parsley and pickles; Lobster Macaroni Salad with lobster claws, spring peas and vegetables; Arugula Watermelon Salad with feta cheese and walnut vinaigrette; and Cole Slaw, Grilled Vegetables, Butcher Block domestic and imported cheeses, Fresh Fruit and Seasonal Berries, and Heirloom Tomatoes and Mozzarella Cheese.
The Fourth of July Seafood Station features Jumbo Gulf Shrimp, Alaskan King Crab Legs, and Oyster on the half shell.

Fuego’s Cookout Barbecue Station offers Baby Back Ribs, Kentucky Style Barbecue; Pulled Chicken Sliders; Barbecue Smoked Sausages with sweet grain mustard, peppers and onions; and Corn on the Cobb.
Uncle Sam’s Specialty Entrées include a selection of Fuego Spiced Grilled Tri Tip, Fish Kabobs, Herbed Lemon Butter Sauce, Southern Fried Chicken, Honey Baked Beans, or Roasted Steak Potatoes.
Independence Day Desserts include a selection of holiday miniature desserts, apple and cherry fruit pies, warm peach cobbler, strawberry short cake and patriotic cup cakes.
Fuego guests will have the liberty to enjoy complimentary coffee, decaffeinated coffee, tea, juice and soft drinks.
Fuego’s Fourth of July BBQ bash costs $95.00 per adult and children, 13 and older; $35.00 for children, 12 and under; Free for children 5 and under; plus tax and gratuity.
