Addressing Inappropriate Moderators On Hyper Local Online Communities

Moderators on neighborhood or hyper local online platforms sometimes engage in unjudicious behavior [singling people out, bullying behavior, rule breaking, inappropriate actions]. Individual platform users get frustrated with the platform because after reporting this or that moderator nothing changes. In this video I outline affective strategies for getting results from the platform itself when attempting to hold inappropriate moderators responsible. This video is long.
