LGBTQ Youth Get A Safe Space In Long Beach To Hang Out
Amid national controversy over state legislators attacking the families of trans, gay and lesbian minors, Long Beach church shows support

First Congregational Church of Long Beach will be partnering with The LGBTQ Center Long Beach to provide a safe, inclusive event for LGBTQ+ youth. The event will take place in the First Church courtyard and Patterson Hall in the evening from 5–9 p.m. It will include a DJ and dance floor, a photo booth, the organization Free Mom Hugs, a reading corner, and so much more. We will even have a parents’ support area separate from all the youth action! Please spread the word to youth who may be interested. RSVPs are required.
