Long Beach Welcomes a New Business to City Place Long Beach

City Place Long Beach welcomed a new family restaurant with the opening of Chuck E. Cheese’s on Nov. 12.

The 16,700-square-feet Chuck E. Cheese’s features 94 games along with a variety of dining options, brings more than 60 new jobs to the Downtown area, and anchors 4th Street from Promenade North to Long Beach Boulevard, according to information provided by Chuck E. Cheese.

“We are grateful to Chuck E. Cheese’s for their commitment to the Downtown area in both creating new jobs and providing a long-awaited family friendly destination for the community,” said Tony Shooshani, owner’s representative for City Place Long Beach who help lead the celebration. “Chuck E. Cheese’s is a terrific addition and joins a growing mix of new retail and restaurant offerings at City Place Long Beach.”

The eatery opened on Nov. 4 at 290 E. 4th St.

“This new location is a perfect fit for Chuck E. Cheese’s and provides City Place Long Beach with a safe, reliable place for family fun,” said Cindy Light, district manager at Chuck E. Cheese’s. “Kids and parents alike are sure to enjoy the new Chuck E. Cheese’s.”

Chuck E. Cheese features musical and comic robotic entertainers, games, rides and play areas. Food options include pizzas, sandwiches, wings, appetizers, a salad bar and desserts.
