Ring In the New Year at home with the “FueGO ToGO” New Year’s Eve three-course dinner at Hotel Maya for order and pick-up on Thursday, December 31 from 5-9 p.m.
Fuego, the modern, Latin infused restaurant and lounge, is brining this year’s New Year’s Eve Dinners from its kitchen to the home table for the holidays.
“Our award-winning Executive Chef Victor Juarez has prepared an amazing meal to enjoy in the comfort and safety of your home while ringing in the New Year,” said Greg Guthrie, General Manager at Hotel Maya - a DoubleTree by Hilton. “The FueGO ToGO New Year’s Eve meal pick up service provides our guests with a one-stop, pass-off from our staff to your car for a touchless exchange and experience.”

Executive Chef Juarez’s New Year’s Eve Dinner first course is a choice of Lobster and Corn Bisque with lobster meat, corn relish and Serrano cream; or Burrata Tomato Salad with burrata cheese, vine ripe tomatoes, arugula, aged balsamic gastrique, extra virgin olive oil and crostini.
New Year’s Eve Dinner Entrées feature a selection of Filet Mignon with char filet of beef, truffle wine sauce, oyster mushrooms, braised fingerling potatoes and asparagus; Chilean Sea Bass with pan-seared sea bass, sage butter sauce, chanterelle mushrooms, mashed acorn squash and roasted broccolini; Roasted Maple Leaf Duck with half-roasted duck, Oaxaca mole, humita and chili oil; or Butter Poached Maine Lobster Tail with stuffed with jumbo lump crab and rock shrimp, roasted broccolini and lime cilantro sauce.

Fuego’s New Year’s Eve dessert is Chocolate Ganache Cake with bittersweet chocolate filled with fresh raspberries and chocolate ganache.
