The Saywitz Company Negotiates Lease Renewal for Gordon Laboratories in Los Angeles

CARSON, Calif. - November 3, 2016 -The Saywitz Company, one of the largest commercial real estate brokerage companies in Southern California, completed negotiations for Gordon Laboratories to renew and extend the existing lease on the company’s current facilities in Carson, Calif. The company, located at 751 East Artesia Blvd and 840 East Walnut in Carson, takes up a sprawling 90,000 sq. ft. in two facilities.

Barry Saywitz negotiated seven-year lease renewals on behalf the international manufacturer. The negotiations on behalf of the property landlord Stanton Moore Trust, located at 751 East Artesia, were handled by Jason Hines at Overton Moore Partners. The Saywitz Company also handled the negotiations with the Allen Shor Trust for the second building located at 840 East Walnut. The total value of the two leases is approximately $5 million.

Gordon Laboratories is an international manufacturer of lotions and sunscreens for the cosmetics industry.
