The average price decreased 28.5 cents during the streak to its lowest amount since Jan. 30, according to figures from the AAA and Oil Price Information Service. The streak was the longest since a 48-day streak from Oct. 10 to Nov. 26, 2012. The average price is 2.8 cents less than one week ago, 23.8 cents lower than one month ago and 30.5 cents below what it was one year ago. The Orange County average price dropped four-tenths of a cent to $3.805, one day after a 37-day streak of decreases ended with an increase of two-tenths of a cent. The Orange County average price is at its lowest amount since Jan. 30 and 3.2 cents less than one week ago, 25.2 cents lower than one month ago and 31.6 cents below what it was one year ago.
