Woman Shot Dead Sunday Night In Long Beach
A man also was wounded in the incident, police said.

LONG BEACH, CA – Authorities Monday identified a woman who was killed in a shooting in Long Beach that left a man wounded.
The crime occurred about 11 p.m. Sunday in the 900 block of Hoffman Avenue, said Nancy Pratt of the Long Beach Police Department.
Delilah Ayayla, 25, died at a hospital, the coroner's office reported. Her home town was not known.

The man was hospitalized in stable condition. His name was not released.
No arrests were reported.

Investigators, who were unsure of a motive for the shooting, asked anyone with information on the case to call homicide detectives at (562) 570-7244.
